About
Mind & Body Connection
At Inside Psychotherapy, we are skilled psychotherapists with unique specialties, and our shared passion is the mind/body connection. We are trained in therapeutic yoga and other mind/body-oriented techniques. We also take a special interest in the effects of nutrition, movement, and pleasure on mental health and emotional wellbeing.
“Health is a complete state of harmony of the body, mind, and spirit.”

There are times in life when we all feel stuck. A personal or professional decision needs to be made that will alter the course of your life. Perhaps you are facing an injury, illness, or family crisis. Or maybe you wonder if “this” is all there is. You know you can feel better, but you just don’t know how.
I have experienced all of the above, and know how it feels to sense that I can’t move forward alone.
I am a New York State licensed psychotherapist with a special interest in the mind/body connection. I continue my clinical training with leaders in the field so I can provide my clients with the most advanced evidence-based services available, which I tailor to meet your unique needs.
I am a dedicated yoga practitioner in the Iyengar method, as well as a certified level 1 LifeForce Yoga Practitioner for mood management. For those who are interested, I often bring principles of lessons from the yoga mat into the talk therapy room.
Helping others discover their next steps in life is my passion and my life’s work.
